Recruitment (85%)

Assist in the recruitment process, which includes:
– Post job sites and collect resumes
– Arrange induction and onboarding

Research and develop recruitment channel for suitable position to attract the right quantity and quality

Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and applicant employment details

Support HR Executive to prepare Offer letter, Labor contract for the employee with special projects and other duties Assist
Learning & Development (10%)

Support to plan company's weekly training
-
Organize and control training session to develop employees
Other tasks (5%)
